#1

The #1 song in the US when I was born was Venus by Shocking Blue. Not bad... Dutch pop, only song to hit #1 three times by three bands, one of the lyrics is just "Wa!"

But they claim that your life's "theme song" is the song that's #1 on your 18th birthday. Could’ve Been by Tiffany. Nooooooo!

It could so be worse. #1 on my 18th birthday: Macarena.

Man, that's hot! I am jealous! The Macarena is a classic and a personal favorite.

But you can dance, Erica. Me being associated with a dance-fad song is akin to Pinnochio's lucky song being "In the Flesh" by Blondie. Full realization and association with the song could happen someday, but not until I've suffered years of foibles, donkey mutation, and cetation digestion.

Birthday song - "Love Will Keep Us Together"
Rock out to the sweet sound of Cap'n and Tenille.

Oh, the Cap'n.
