That's because it is. It's a valentine's card that Lisa gives Ralph (from "I Love Lisa" in the 4th season).

Chris,
It's nice of you to ask permission, but the original art is from the Simpsons and this version is just a copy of the one traced (from the original) by deconcept, so... sure? It's not really my art to "allow" access to, if you follow.
