Saturday night was my big night at the CIF - I was the house manager at the Improv 'Til Dawn. Ten hours of improv, in 15 and 20 minute chunks. How could it not be great!
My "house managing" ended up being running the lightboard for the first half of the night, and stumbling around in a sleep-deprived state for the second. Due to the excellent efforts of everyone else involved, the whole event chugged along on schedule and without any real problems all night.

Sara, the ITD stage manager, waits to greet incoming teams. The WNEP Theater is small enough that our "green room" was the parking lot out back.

Chick Force, one of the Insta-Teams, proved that good improv can be done by people who just met an hour ago. Was this whole group composed of YesAnd.com posters? (In this picture we have (l-r) Jillybee, Ed Reggi, christinanation, and Louise.)

Michael Grajewski of the Probable Team from Winnepeg, was probably the bravest person at the entire festival. The last show in the ITD, the rest of his group had not shown up by the time they were scheduled to go on. Michael was explaining the solo improv he was going to do (never having done solo improv before) when the rest of the group walked in, just after this picture was taken.

My brother, Disco, and his friend Casey were in town for the Windy City Lindy Exchange. They showed up at the ITD in time to see about 15 minutes of improv.
