About Fuzzy

Q: And you are…?

A: I’m Fuzzy Gerdes. I do theater (improvising, directing, acting, producing) in Chicago, mostly. I also do IT work, video editing, photography, and miscellaneous other things for pay.

Q: Did your parents name you Fuzzy?

A: Nope.

Q: How’d you get the name Fuzzy?

A: I used to have a lot of hair, and the name stuck.
Q: Are you Disco Gerdes’ brother?

A: Yes.

 Q: What does FuzzyCo do?
A: FuzzyCo is a Chicago-based production company, specializing in theater and video production. FuzzyCo is also my my personal website that exists to promote me and my activities, mostly improv performances, and productions, but also photography, video work, and graphic design. Isn’t ambiguity delightful?
Q: Can I link to your site? Do you have a linking policy?
> A: Yes, of course you can link to my site. You don’t need to ask. And here’s my new linking policy (cribbed shamelessly from Boing Boing): FuzzyCo doesn’t believe in linking policies. They’re dangerous, have no basis in law, and they break the norms that make the Web possible. They’re a wicked, stupid idea. That said, if you believe in linking policies—that is, if you believe that people who make websites should be able to control who links to those sites and how—then have we got a policy for you: No site with a linking policy (other than a policy such as this one, created to deride and undermine the idea of linking policies) may link to FuzzyCo. Ever.

Q: What do you mean when you say “Some Rights Reserved”?
A: Oh, time for another shameless cribbing. I’ve made a separate page for FuzzyCo’s Rights Policy.
