I met her after a show at Schubas a couple years ago, and she was so down-to-earth and nice and cool. Not "Here's an autograph", but "Hey, wanna beer?"
I knew the band opening for her, and she kissed their hands upon being introduced. I think they were pretty bewildered and charmed at the same time.
