Local news: Khalil Booshehri joins Second City... class

A great publicity technique is to use your out-of-town gigs to get some home-town press (North Carolina's Extreme Improv does a great job of that here, turning a 10-minute appearance at the Chicago Improv Festival's Improv All Night into a Charlotte Observer feature article) and I remember that when I went off to college my home-town paper had a little blurb about it. So I shouldn't be surprised to see the two conflate, as when The Morning Sun (Pittsburgh, Kansas) brings us the news that Khalil Booshehri will be starting classes at the Second City training center in August.

Khalil Booshehri has been accepted to begin Improv Studies at Second City in Chicago. Booshehri, a graduate of Colgan High School, was voted "Outstanding Theatre Student" by the CNC league.
