The third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
If you upload it to Flickr, tag it: "Cd Cover Meme".
My addendum to rule 3: I'm a stickler about such things, so my photo is the first Creative Commons licensed photo from the third photo on. The above photo is by capn matt mudd.
