Constellation Games is about first contact with a multi-species alien civilization, as seen through the blog posts and IM logs of a slacker games developer and reviewer. The aliens are alien, but also pretty chill, and the game developer begins reviewing ancient alien video games. That perhaps sounds a little static, but actual stuff happens, too. It’s a lot chiller than most alien encounter scifi, but a good read.
