MAELSTROM is an improvised story-telling contest and is part of the SKALD storytelling festival, presented by WNEP Theater and the City of Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs. I'm a former champion, if that persuades you of the value of the evening. And the winner is selected by audience vote, so, you know, it can't hurt if you're there, since you like me so.
