Separate Checks

Yes, there is news on Big Purse. We are no longer together, but the good news is that two of the original members started a new group called, Separate Checks. Separate Checks stemmed from my professional theatre company, The Imagine Stage Company which is based out of Fort Lauderdale. Separate Checks has worked throughout South Florida. Our concept is different from any other group. The audience creates the show. I can't really tell you any more about our concept right now. We'll talk later. We have ten members in our group. We all manage, perform, tech, create and promote the group. I'm very happy and thrilled to be working with such a great group of funny people. We do sketch comedy, games and musical numbers. We never repeat the same sketches. We are now working at the Hollywood Boulevard Theatre, but hope to be moving up north to Palm Beach. I'll keep you posted on our lovely journey into the not so funny world of finding gigs. Thanks for remembering us.

Just an update on the improv troupe Separate Checks. We now perform at the Hollywood Playhouse and at the Clematis St. Theatre in W. Palm Beach.

We plan to participate in the improve benefit against violence. We have also applied to perform in the Orlando International Fringe Festival next April.
